We are talking to my husband about moving, we are considering the USA for the time being - as a specialist, he has huge opportunities for growth there. What stops me from moving is my son and daughter - they are both schoolchildren, and their language skills are average. I am afraid that they will not be able to study there, even at a fee-paying school.
Children need not just a school, but boarding schools in the USA, with accommodation. With this approach, after a month or two, even those who have not learnt the language of the country begin to speak it. Plus boarding schools have adaptation for foreigners. By the way, after boarding school it is easy to enter a decent higher education institution. It will come in handy if you decide to stay there forever.
